VISION CENTRE in Dover welcomes Dr. Arthur Belson, M.D.Dr. Belson joins Vision Centre with 20 years experience as a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist specializing in no-stitch cataract surgery, laser surgery, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease and primary eye care. He has performed over 5,000 intraocular surgeries. Dr. Belson is licensed in Pennsylvania and Delaware and is a graduate of Juniata College and Hahnemann University. He did his Ophthalmology residency at Hahnemann University. Dr. Belson is a Comprehensive Eye Care specialist at the Delaware Eye Institute. |

Vision Centre’s affiliation with the Delaware Eye Institute
Vision Centre’s affiliation with the Delaware Eye Institute began in 1989 when Vision Centre leased space from Dr. David Robinson on Savannah Road in Lewes. Both saw a need for a “state of the art” facility in a growing community that appreciated services each could offer. The two companies opened in April of 1990 and was an immediate success with Dr. Robinson and his staff taking care of all the eyecare needs and Vision Centre providing a selection of eyewear not seen in the area before as well as fitting contact lenses.
The Millsboro location was opened in 1995 and in 2003 both companies moved the Lewes location to the current location at 18791 John J. Williams Highway in Rehoboth.
